Matrix Finance (the "Service") is an AI-powered investment analysis platform operated by MatrixFinances. The Service utilizes 11 specialized AI analysis departments to provide users with stock investment research reports covering sector research, company analysis, valuation models, technical analysis, macroeconomic analysis, and more. The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, recommendation, or solicitation of any kind. Users should independently evaluate investment risks and bear full responsibility for their own investment decisions.
The Service offers the following subscription plans: • Basic Plan: USD $10/month, includes 1,560 tokens • Pro Plan: USD $30/month, includes 4,680 tokens • Premium Plan: USD $50/month, includes 7,800 tokens Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew each month from the date of subscription. Each full analysis costs 4 tokens and each follow-up chat costs 2 tokens. Unused tokens roll over to the next month.
Subscribers may purchase additional token top-up packages: • 500 tokens: USD $5 • 1,000 tokens: USD $8 • 2,000 tokens: USD $15 Token top-ups are one-time purchases available only during an active subscription period.
Newly registered users receive 10 free tokens to experience the analysis features. Free tokens do not expire but are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
All web payments are processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). All prices are denominated in US Dollars (USD). Mobile payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases.
Users shall not: • Rely on the Service's analysis reports as the sole basis for investment decisions • Use automated means to scrape or reproduce the Service's content in bulk • Share or transfer account access to third parties • Use the Service for any illegal activities • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent technical limitations or security measures
All analysis report content generated by the Service is the intellectual property of MatrixFinances. Users have a personal use license during their active subscription period but may not commercially distribute or resell without authorization.
The Service generates investment analysis content using AI models, which may contain inaccurate or outdated information. MatrixFinances does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis and bears no liability for investment decisions made based on the Service's content. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
The Service complies with applicable laws and regulations of Taiwan (R.O.C.) and the United States. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with local laws. Users in regions subject to international sanctions or export controls may be unable to access the Service.
MatrixFinances reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
