Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. How to cancel: • Web: Go to "Profile" and click "Cancel Subscription" • Mobile: Manage your subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play Store Cancellation does not immediately terminate service — you will retain full access until the end of your paid billing period.

2. Refund Policy

As the Service provides digital content, refunds are generally not available. However, refunds may be requested in the following cases: • Duplicate charges: If a system error results in duplicate billing for the same subscription period, we will fully refund the duplicate charge • Service outage: If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (over 72 consecutive hours) due to our fault, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected period • First subscription: Within 7 days of first subscription, if no tokens have been used (no analyses performed), a full refund may be requested Refund requests should be submitted to matrixplatformdao@gmail.com. We will process requests within 5-10 business days.

3. Token Top-up Refunds

Token top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Exceptions include: • Tokens not credited: If payment was successful but tokens were not properly added to your account, contact support and we will credit or refund immediately upon verification • Duplicate purchases: Duplicate purchases caused by system errors will be fully refunded

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have questions or disputes regarding any charges: Step 1: Contact our support team at matrixplatformdao@gmail.com with your account information and transaction details. We will respond within 2 business days. Step 2: If the issue is not resolved after initial communication, we will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a written response with a resolution within 10 business days. Step 3: If the matter remains unresolved, you may file a formal dispute through Stripe's dispute mechanism or your card-issuing bank. We are committed to handling every dispute fairly and transparently, and will make every effort to reach a reasonable resolution promptly.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades: Take effect immediately with pro-rated charges. Upgraded token allowance is credited immediately. Downgrades: Take effect at the end of the current billing period. Existing tokens are not reduced upon downgrade.
